Terms of service

1. General

These terms govern the use of the ElewacjeAI service at elewacjeai.pl. The provider is Elewacje AI, contact: kontakt@elewacjeai.pl.

2. What the service is

ElewacjeAI generates indicative visualisations of building facades from a photo you upload, using artificial-intelligence models.

A visualisation is not a design. It is not an architectural, structural or construction design, it is not technical documentation, and it does not confirm compliance with a local zoning plan, a planning decision or any building regulation. Consult an architect and a contractor before committing to a renovation or a build.

Colours and materials shown are approximate. A render tone, a texture or a roof tile colour on screen differs from the real thing — check the manufacturer's physical sample before buying materials.

3. Your account

An account is required. Sign-in runs through an external identity provider, so there is no separate password with us.

The account is free. You may delete it at any time in Account settings; deletion is irreversible and includes your photos and visualisations. Unused visualisations from purchased packs are forfeited when the account is deleted.

4. Visualisations and packs

Your first visualisation is free. Further ones come from packs bought in the portal. Prices are shown in the portal; on the English site they are converted to euro at the National Bank of Poland mid rate on the day of the order.

One visualisation = one generation. A failed generation does not consume a visualisation — if a render fails for technical reasons, the unit is returned to your account automatically.

Dissatisfaction with the artistic result is not grounds for returning a unit: the outcome depends on the quality of the photo and the description, and every generation carries a real cost.

5. Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive no card or BLIK details. We issue an invoice on request made through the contact form.

6. Right of withdrawal

A visualisation pack is digital content supplied immediately. By starting to generate before the 14 days elapse, you lose the right to withdraw in respect of the visualisations used (Art. 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). We refund the unused part of a pack on request made within 14 days of purchase.

7. Your photos

Your photos remain yours. By uploading one you confirm that you are entitled to use it and that it infringes no third-party rights.

You grant us a limited licence to process the photo solely to perform the service, including passing it to the AI provider. We do not use your photos in marketing material without separate consent.

Rights to the generated visualisation are yours, to the extent the law protects AI output at all. You may use it privately and in discussions with your contractor.

8. What is not allowed

• Uploading photos showing identifiable people without their consent.
• Uploading unlawful or offensive content, or content infringing copyright.
• Circumventing limits, automating use of the service, or reselling access.

A breach entitles us to block the account. Unused packs are refunded, unless the breach involved payment fraud.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the service continuously available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The service depends on external AI providers, whose outages may temporarily prevent generation. We are not liable for such interruptions, and they do not consume your visualisations.

10. Complaints

Submit a complaint through the contact form or to kontakt@elewacjeai.pl. We respond within 14 days. Consumers may also use out-of-court complaint procedures, including the European Commission's ODR platform.

11. Changes to these terms

We will notify signed-in users by email 14 days before these terms change. Changes do not affect packs already purchased.

12. Governing law

Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law, including the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights granted by mandatory provisions of law.
